1. Your health insurance will take effect on the 1st of the month.
2. ID cards will be mailed 7-10 days from today.
3. Once ID cards are received, call member services on the back of your ID card with any questions, or contact your agent directly at the telephone number provided in your email.
4. You will have online access to your insurance provider’s member portal for further policy information.
